The evaluations are shifted from your layout into an electronic survey format and are emailed on either a pre-determined date or every quarter for a more comprehensive appraisal. Once the evaluations are taken, the results are available in real-time on the internet by individual and cumulative result. Additionally, all results are secure and available for download into Excel for chart and data management.
